Shipping policy

US Shipping

Please allow 3 to 4 business days for processing and handling before your order is shipped. Once shipped, your order will typically be delivered within 3 to 7 business days, excluding any delays due to holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.

You will receive an email with a UPS tracking code once your order has been shipped. Please allow 1 - 3 days for the UPS system to update the tracking code data if it doesn't show up immediately.

Please note that Silk Display is not responsible for unforeseen delays due to uncontrollable events or postal carrier errors.

US Orders Only
Silk Display currently only sells and ships products within the United States. We do not accept international orders at this time. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at info@silkdisplay.com.
